Refund & Cancellation Policy

At UpMyViews, we value customer satisfaction and transparency.
Because we provide a digital service that begins processing shortly after payment, specific refund and cancellation terms apply.
This policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations may be issued for campaigns purchased through our platform.


2. Nature of Our Service

UpMyViews delivers YouTube promotion campaigns powered by verified Google Ads traffic.
Once a campaign is created and launched, real advertising costs are incurred immediately.
For this reason, refunds are generally not possible once delivery has started, as the advertising budget is already allocated to Google’s system.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may only be granted under one or more of the following conditions:

  • The campaign has not yet been activated or started within the standard setup period (up to 7 business days).

  • A technical error or duplicate transaction occurred during payment.

  • The client’s video or order could not be processed due to an internal system issue.

In such cases, the client must contact our support team within 7 days of placing the order. Each request will be reviewed individually by our billing department.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The campaign has already been launched and traffic has started.

  • The client provided an incorrect or invalid video URL.

  • The YouTube video was removed, set to private, or restricted during the campaign period.

  • Performance expectations (e.g., subscribers, likes, or comments) were not met — since these depend on audience behavior, not on UpMyViews’ control.

  • The client violated YouTube’s or Google Ads’ content policies.

Once real ad traffic begins, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.


5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must request it before the campaign begins.
Cancellations received after activation cannot be honored because the Google Ads budget will have been used.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


7. Service Pauses and Adjustments

If a client wishes to pause or modify an active campaign (e.g., change target country, replace video link), they must contact support immediately.
While refunds are not applicable, we will make every effort to adjust or reschedule the campaign to match your updated preferences whenever technically possible.
